CIDP Rehabilitation Exercises

(Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy)

Any movements are good. Do them in sets of 2 or 3, with reps of
8-10. Start with less and work your way up; do what you can do.

Here are some examples.....

*Stretching while sitting
*Ab crunches while laying around
*Pelvic thrust while laying around
*Resistance bands on arms & legs while sitting and laying around

*Finger extensions
*Extend one finger at a time
*Make a fist

*Stand up
*Push hips/pelvis forward
*Lean side to side
*Lean front to back

Here are the excercises given to me by my in-patient & out-patient
hospital physiotherapists as well as my private physiotherapists....
