November 7/99 @ Stave Lake (West)

A few of the guys from the BC4x4 mailing list had posted that they were heading up to Stave Lake for a
mild day of 'wheeling, so I thought I would join them and break in the new paint.

Run!! Here comes the Bronco.

Just walking right up.

This is the same hill that only 4 trucks made
it up the last trip. This time, everybody
made it up (some with a little extra help).

We stopped for something on the way down
(not sure what), so I took a couple
pics of myself.

Coming down the hill, I took a couple of in
cab pictures of Ryan Gates, because he
always takes the most difficult line.

Here is one of my pattented
"over the shoulder"
pictures as I decend the hill.

Off to the mud flats. At first there were 4 or 5
of us, then a whole swarm of trucks joined in.
There were over 20 trucks at one point.

Here is Greg Sue winching Rob Holzmann
after he got stuck. Note the 'Zuk in the
foreground that accidentally sprayed Greg,
Rob and the interior of there trucks with mud.

Ummm, not sure what this was of.

Four Chevy's stuck in the mud. Now I
know why I didn't go in that puddle.

Here is a Blazer on 40" Boggers.

Here is what the Bronco looked like
afterwards. Of course it rained all the way
home, so a lot of the mud was washed away.
