October 22/2006 @ Skwellepil Creek

  In Attendance:

Chris - Ford Bronco (blue)
Doug - Ford Bronco (beige)
Indir - Ford Explorer (beige)

Thanks again to Indir for taking lots of pictures and video.

Heading out through Pitt Meadows.

Airing down.

Half way up Skwepelli Creek.

We came across these two trucks. Turns out that they belonged to
a couple of hikers, as we found their camp further up the trail.

A special thanks to them for blocking the trail. Guess they
never thought that they themselves may have needed help.

We had just enough room to squeeze between them.

I guess this is why they stopped where they did.

The big wash-out.

This spot gave me a bit of trouble.

Lunch break.

Indir drove ahead to confirm that we were at the end of the road.

Where's Indir?

See him?

He see's us.

Me and Doug waiting at the hikers camp.

Heading back down.

Doug hi-centered himself and took out his front driveshaft.

I drove around him so he could winch off me.

Nice trophy Doug!

The rest of the trail faught him the whole way down.

Note the placement of the rock in front of Doug's bumper.

I thought I'd try a different way out.

I was resting on the bank, so I decided to back out.

Remember that big rock?
