  In Attendance:

Chris & Morgan - Ford Bronco (blue)
  A lot of others!

Brian organized this run to Vedder Mountain, but being that he wasn't familiar with the area, Matt and his quad came along
to act as our trail guide. This area is more known for its mountain bike, dirt bike and quad trails, but there are quite a few
trails that are truck friendly. They are narrow and somewhat overgrown, and there are lots of puddles.

Thanks one again to Morgan for taking lots of pictures!

Airing down.

Some junk down the hill.

Near the start of the first trail.

Waiting for our turn at the first obstacle.

Brian tackling the logs.

The line up.

Brian gave Steve a little help.

The view from one of our many stops.

We had about 15 trucks.

From here, we went up the trail to the radio tower, then branched off to another narrow trail. Six of us got a little ahead and had to wait for the
rest of the group. We made CB contact after a while; they were dealing with a blown rear R&P (happened back a tt he log obstacle), then
a leaking power steering hose, then a blown tire. Luckily not on the same vehicle!

When they finally caught up to us, Brian had gone ahead, so we waited for him back on the main road. Luckily, two guys had VHF radios, and
they managed to make contact with each other; Brian had met up with the group that was limping around the moutain via the main road, and they
would meet up with us shortly. We decided to stay put and have lunch and chit-chat. Unfortunatley, the others didn't show up for almost an hour,
and many had lost the desire to stay for more wheeling. Some also left after they assesed their damage.

This left six rigs plus Matt on his quad. We continued on, exploring a few side trails. Matt took me through a "small" puddle that was well over 12" deep.

Matt showed me this little puddle.

My turn.

We went around the mountain and up a trail to a clearing.

The cloud was low at first.

Then the sun started poking through.

Play time.

Broke my CB antenna near the end of the day.

Brought home some stinky mud too.

Here are "Zuk Rider's" pictures.
