Our trip in Google Earth.
Heading up a side trail.
There was only about 1-2" of snow here, but it was slick.
No tracks on the best part of the trail.
Normally you can go to the right, but the snow kept
us to the left. This part was fun.
Indir made easy work of it.
I made it no problem.
That squeak isn't as loud inside the truck.
After turning around, Indir heard a loud bang.
Nice!
Heading back down.
Indir went to check out another side trail, so I played around.
We were trying to get to the Look-Out, but the snow was WAY to deep.
Another side trail.
The water was over the rock sliders.
The Stave Lake "scenic" shot.

The trail ends at this little clearing, so we stopped for lunch.
Heading out.
I attempted this side trail, but got hung un in the
deep snow. Indir had to give me a tug out.
We stopped by the mud flats to watch the antics.
It sure was amusing.
While airing up, we ran into a guy that was up one of the gated side
roads; the gate was cut and open when he went up,
and welded back shut
when he came out. We chatted while airing up, and I gave him a ride
into
town to call for help. We
then stopped at a local car wash to power-wash the muck and goo of our
trucks. All in all, another fine day of wheeling.
