Problem #1: wipers turn on randomly when in the off position, and pules will randomly stop working
Problem #2: lights won't work when car started; will work after 5-10 minutes.
Problem #3: HVAC won't work when car started; will work after 5-10 minutes.
Problem #1 is MFS related, and problem #2 & 3 are ignition switch related.
