Glovebox Light

While cleaning up the house one day, I found some LED strips that I had bought a while back. Figured I would put one to use in the glovebox of the car.....

6" LED strip from Oznium.

I cut one plug off as it wasn't needed.

I decided to cut the other plug off as it wasn't really needed.

GM made it so the top of the glovebox can hinge open.

Drilled a hole for the wries and attached the LED strip.

Testing the LED strip.

Connections soldered and shrink-tubed.

I found some plastic sleeving from a wiring harness to put over the wries.

Made a 194 plug out of a burnt out LED bulb.

Final test in the car.

Powered by the factory glovebox light socket.
